What hours are you open?
We are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m/ 7 days a week/ 365 days a year. The last load is at 9 p.m.
Do you have any large machines for comforters?
Yes, we have machines as large as 8 loads that can handle any king-sized comforters and beyond!
What is the turnaround time for wash and fold?
Most wash and fold is scheduled for the next day, but you can request same-day for a little more money.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Do you charge for spotting or treating stains on your wash and fold?
Spotting and stain treatment are free. Please let us know when you drop your laundry off.
Do you serve my area?
We have a list of service areas, but call us if you are nearby.
Do I have to be home when you pickup or deliver my clothes?
No, just let us know where we can pickup and/or deliver your clothes. Leave your clothes outside of your porch, backdoor or in a secure place for example, and we will take care of them for you.
What happens when I do not have laundry available during my scheduled pickup time?
Our delivery driver has a very specific daily route. If there is no laundry for the driver to collect at the time of the scheduled pickup, we will have to charge a $10 missed trip charge. Please contact us at least 4 hours in advance to inform us to cancel or reschedule.
